Sandy C. Was our Fall Session $1,000 winner here at Waukee. She had perfect attendance throughout her 10 weeks and never gave up in class no matter how hard the workout was! Sandy is a great example of what can happen is you show up every day and try your hardest. Great Job Sandy!

Ethan & Sarah H. FIT Couple of March


Ethan and Sara are Waukee’s FIT Couple of March! Sarah first started FXB almost 9 months before she got pregnant with their son and she had a lot of success. She continued with FIT until she was about 5 months along. After their son was born she had tried to get back into the sing of working out but was struggling to find a balance. Ethan thought that if he joined it may help Sarah gain a balance and help make it easier. (smart choice!) They really didn’t think that it was going to but decided that he would follow the program and see where it lead him. They never even dreamed that they would both see results they had when it became an obsession for the both of them.

They both attend 5:15am every morning, it is the time that works best for them. They can come here and get their workout in before they get ready for work. With 3 kids they always have activities after work/school so the evening times become difficult to attend.

Their favorite part of Farrell’s is the family feel. Everyone is always excited to see you and is always pushing you to do your best. The students and staff are genuinely excited to see other succeed in their goals whether that is weight loss, gaining strength or maintaining their fitness level. They definitely feel the support without any judgement!
