Orientation typically last between one and two hours. Please some a little early to finish any registration materials that may have been missed, especially if you signed up online. Tips for Orientation:
- Be prepared to do physical activity and run 1 mile (rain or shine).
- Be fully hydrated!
- Make sure to eat something light before you come.
- Bring optimism and enthusiasm! You have already taken a big step toward y our new, healthier life. This is the day the begins a whole new journey to health and fitness. Enjoy the process!
Orientation day you will jump in with both feet! If you are unable to attend this date, we will be holding an alternative orientation on Wednesday, October 5th at 6:30pm. Before Photos
Wednesday or Thursday September 28th or 29th
Any time between 4:00 and 6:00pm Men
: This photo will be done with no shirt. Choose form fitting shorts if possible. It is best if you have compression or biker shorts as we do see most of the leg this way. Women
: a two-piece bathing suit or a sports bra is best. We do need to see most of your stomach and legs.
These pictures are taken in private and only the photographer, those judging and you will see them. In ten weeks you will be happy that you took this photo, even if it seems a bit uncomfortable and stressful today. I promise it will be quick and painless!
